Voicemail and voicemail to email

Hello, and welcome to Silux Call. When you can't answer, callers can leave a voicemail. Here's where to find your messages, how to set your own voicemail greeting, and how to get every message sent straight to your email.

Open Voicemail from the menu. Every message left for you appears here. You can play it, download it, and mark it as read.

To change what callers hear, open Voicemail Settings. Scroll down to Voicemail Greeting.

Press Write it, pick a voice. Then type what you'd like callers to hear. Keep it short and friendly.

Choose a voice, then press Create greeting. Your greeting is recorded in seconds. You can also upload your own recording, or record one with your microphone.

Press Use this, and your new greeting plays to callers straight away.

Now let's get messages sent to your inbox. Open Voicemail to Email from the menu, and make sure notifications are switched on.

Type the email address that should receive your messages. You can also change the email subject.

Tick Include audio attachment, so the recording comes with the email. On plans with transcription, you can include the message as text too.

Press Save Settings. From now on, every voicemail lands in your inbox, so you can reply from anywhere.
