Which plan is right for you?

Hello, and welcome to Silux Call. In this short guide, I'll walk you through our plans and what each one includes, so you can choose the right one for your business.

Every plan includes one UK landline number and a set number of users. Prices are per month, excluding VAT. There's no setup fee and no long contract, just thirty days' notice.

Not sure yet? Start with the Free Trial. You get seven days of the system, with a UK number, thirty outbound minutes, voicemail and the browser softphone.

Entry is £4.75 a month, for one person. You get unlimited inbound calls, two thousand outbound UK minutes, a "press 1 for sales" menu, music on hold, call recording when you need it, voicemail to email, hunt groups, and free number porting.

Plus is our most popular plan. It's £8.95 a month for three users, and just 99p a month for the first two months. Plus adds unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobiles, call queues, automatic recording of every call, up to three menus, opening hours, find me follow me, and voicemail to text.

Growth is £11.95 a month for six users, and it's built for teams. You get free internal calls between extensions, conference calls, call park and paging, supervisor listen-in and whisper, CRM integrations, and our scam and spam shield.

Pro is £18.95 a month for ten users. Every call is recorded and transcribed, you get twenty minutes a month of our smart receptionist, secure card payments over the phone, and up to twenty menus and hunt groups.

For twenty-five users or more, Enterprise is quoted for your business. It includes everything in Pro, plus business SMS, a WhatsApp Business inbox, and a dedicated account manager.

This table shows how many calls each plan handles at the same time. Need more numbers? Add an extra landline for £5.99 a month, and each one also adds another call at a time.

If you prefer, pay annually and save 10%.

In short. Just you? Choose Entry. A small team? Choose Plus. A growing team that works together on calls? Choose Growth. And if you want every call recorded and transcribed, choose Pro. You can change plan at any time.
