Add a UK-wide 0330 or 0345 number, or an 0800 freephone number, to your account. 0330 and 0345 cost callers a local rate; 0800 is free for callers and paid from your 0800 call credit.
Which plans include it
Sold separately from the plans and added to any paid plan: 0330 and 0345 numbers £4.99 a month, 0800 numbers £9.99 a month plus call credit (prices ex VAT). Not available on the Free Trial.
What it means
An 0330 or 0345 number is a national number that is not tied to a town (0345 is the range banks and utilities use, and it replaced 0845). Callers pay the same as calling an 01 or 02 number. An 0800 number is a freephone number: it is free for callers from any UK mobile or landline, and your business pays for each incoming call from prepaid 0800 call credit.
What it does
- Gives your business a national number (0330 or 0345) or a free-to-call number (0800) alongside your local number.
- Rings every user on your account on the app, browser phone and desk phones, like your other numbers.
- Works with greeting menus, hunt groups, call queues, opening hours and voicemail-to-email.
- For 0800: takes each answered call off your call credit, charged by the second (3p a minute from landlines, 9p from mobiles and hidden numbers).
- For 0800: accepts UK callers only as standard. Callers from abroad hear that the number is UK-only and are not charged, unless you allow calls from abroad (195p a minute).
- For 0800: emails you when 90% and 95% of your credit is used, and pauses your 0800 number when it reaches £0 until you top up. Your other numbers keep working.

How to use it
Get an 0330, 0345 or 0800 number
- Go to siluxcall.co.uk/0330-numbers, siluxcall.co.uk/0345-numbers or siluxcall.co.uk/0800-numbers (or Find a Number in the website menu).
- Search for digits you like and press "Get this number".
- If you already have a plan, sign in with your account email at checkout. If not, choose a plan.
- Pay. For an 0800 number, your £100 starting call credit is paid at the same time.
- The number is added to your account and rings the same users as your existing number.
Top up your 0800 call credit
- Open 0800 Credit in the dashboard menu.
- Under Top up, press the amount you want.
- Pay by card. The credit shows on the page within a minute.
Recommended settings
- ★Choose 0330 if you want a national number without paying per call. Choose 0800 if you want calls to be free for your customers.
- ★Choose 0345 instead of 0330 if you want the range banks and utilities use, or you are replacing an old 0845 number. Same price, same cost for callers.
- ★Top up as soon as you get the 90% email so your 0800 line never pauses. Companies can apply for a monthly-invoiced account instead.

How much does an 0345 number cost?+

What is the difference between 0330 and 0345?+
None in cost, for you or your callers. 0345 is the range banks, utilities and councils use (it replaced 0845); 0330 is the most popular choice for growing businesses.
How much does an 0800 number cost?+
£9.99 a month ex VAT plus £100 of call credit to start. Calls cost 3p a minute from landlines and 9p from mobiles, charged by the second. Unanswered calls are free.
What happens when my 0800 credit runs out?+
We email you when 90% and again when 95% of your credit is used. If it runs out, your 0800 number is paused (callers hear that it is temporarily unavailable) until you top up; your other numbers keep working. Top up any time by card, or, if you are a company, contact us for a monthly-invoiced account.
Can people call my 0800 number from abroad?+
Not as standard, because those calls cost 195p a minute. Callers from abroad hear a short message that the number is UK-only, and you are not charged. You can allow them on the 0800 Credit page.
Is my 0800 number free for callers from mobiles?+
Yes. Calls to 0800 and 0808 numbers are free from all UK mobiles and landlines.
Can my 0330, 0345 or 0800 number have its own greeting?+
Yes. Like any number on your account, it can have its own greeting menu, opening hours or hunt group.
Can I get one on the free trial?+
No. 0330, 0345 and 0800 numbers are added to a paid plan. The free trial includes one local number.
