Which orders earned
A customer cancelled one of three lines: the cancelled order stays in the list for your records but earns nothing, while the two live lines keep earning.
Recommended settings
- ★Review cancellations monthly — they reduce commission.
Questions
Why is a cancelled order still listed?+
So you can see what happened. It pays nothing and counts towards no total.
