What it means
A one-off top-up for the Smart Receptionist. Your plan includes a monthly AI allowance (20 minutes on Pro, 300 on Enterprise); a pack adds to it for the current calendar month.
What it does
- Shows how many AI minutes you have used this month and how many are left.
- Adds 50, 100 or 250 AI minutes the moment the payment goes through.
- Keeps the AI answering instead of falling back to menus and voicemail when the monthly allowance is spent.
- Sends a VAT invoice for every pack (Billing → Invoices).

How to use it
Buy more AI minutes
- Open Minutes & top-ups (or the "AI minutes & packs" link on the Smart Receptionist page).
- Under AI receptionist minutes, choose a pack and press Buy now.
- Pay by card. The minutes are added within a moment and the AI answers again.
Recommended settings
- ★Check your AI minutes after the first week of a busy month.
- ★If you buy packs every month, ask us about Enterprise, which includes 300 AI minutes.

How much are extra AI receptionist minutes?+
50 minutes for £4.95, 100 for £8.95 or 250 for £19.95, excl. VAT. One payment, no subscription.
Do unused pack minutes roll over?+
No. Pack minutes are added to the current calendar month and end with it, like your plan minutes.
Who can buy AI minute packs?+
Any account with the Smart Receptionist: Pro, Enterprise, or any plan with the Smart Receptionist add-on.
What happens if I do not buy more?+
Nothing breaks. When the AI minutes are used, calls are answered the normal way (menus, ringing, voicemail) until the month renews.
