IncludedWhat it means
How your branded portal looks to your customers. Your customers see your brand, not ours.
What it does
- Sets company name, trading name and tagline.
- Sets a subdomain (yourname.siluxcall.com) or a custom domain via a DNS CNAME.
- Applies one of three ready-balanced colour palettes, with fine-tuning.
- Replaces the logo everywhere (sign-in, password reset, sidebar, footers) and the favicon.
- Sets contact and support email/phone, about text and footer text.
- Optional custom CSS for advanced styling.
Every part of the page
- Subdomain / Custom Domain
- Point your domain's CNAME at the platform and it serves your branding automatically.
- Colour palette
- Three ranges; each sets every colour so the site stays readable. "Fine-tune individual colours" for primary, secondary and accent.
- Logo / Favicon
- PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best.
- Contact / Portal Content / Footer
- Shown to your customers.
- Custom CSS (advanced)
- Override styles if you know CSS.
How to use it
Use your own domain
- Choose a domain like phones.yourcompany.co.uk.
- At your DNS provider, add a CNAME pointing it at the platform.
- Enter it as Custom Domain and Save Branding.
Examples
Your own brand
