What it means
Find me / follow me makes one incoming call chase you across your phones in turn, so a caller never has to try three numbers to reach you.
What it does
- Rings a list of numbers one after another ("Ring Steps").
- Lets you set how long each step rings.
- Sends the call to voicemail, hangs up, or returns busy if every step fails.
- Applies to one number or all numbers.
Every part of the page
- Rule Name
- E.g. "Me — office then mobile".
- Apply to Phone Number
- One number, or "All numbers".
- Ring Steps
- Each step is a destination number plus "Ring (s)" — how long it rings. "Add Step" for each phone.
- If all steps fail…
- Send to voicemail, Hang up, or Return busy tone.
- Rule Active
- Switch the rule on or off.
How to use it
Office first, then mobile
- Press "Add Rule". Name it.
- Step 1: your extension or office number, Ring 15.
- Step 2: your mobile, Ring 20.
- If all steps fail: Send to voicemail.
- Save with Rule Active on.
Examples
Desk, then mobile, then partner
Step 1: ring desk extension 201 for 15 seconds. Step 2: ring your mobile for 20 seconds. Step 3: ring your business partner's mobile for 20 seconds. Final action: voicemail. A caller reaches you wherever you are.
Working from the van
Put your mobile first between 8am and 5pm, so calls follow you on site without ringing an empty office first.
Recommended settings
- ★10–15 seconds on the first step, 20 on the mobile — about 35 seconds total.
- ★Always finish with voicemail rather than hang up.
- ★Remember each outside step uses an outbound call while it rings.

Questions
Is this the same as a hunt group?+
Similar idea, different purpose: find me / follow me chases one PERSON across their own phones; a hunt group rings several PEOPLE.
