What it means

A list of the calls on your account, newest first, the same calls you see in Call Records in the dashboard.

What it does

  • Address: GET https://www.siluxcall.co.uk/api/v1/calls with your key.
  • limit: how many calls (1 to 200, default 50).
  • since: only calls that started at or after this time, for example 2026-11-04T09:00:00Z.
  • before: only calls that started before this time (use it to page back through older calls).

Every part of the page

id
Our id for the call.
direction
"inbound" or "outbound".
from / to
The calling and called numbers.
status
How it ended, for example "answered", "no answer", "busy" or "failed".
durationSeconds
Length of the call in seconds.
startedAt / answeredAt / endedAt
Times in UTC (ISO 8601). answeredAt is empty for unanswered calls.
recordingId
If the call was recorded, the id to download it with the recordings API; otherwise empty.

How to use it

Fetch only new calls every few minutes

  1. Remember the startedAt of the newest call you have saved.
  2. Ask https://www.siluxcall.co.uk/api/v1/calls?since=<that time>&limit=200.
  3. Save any call whose id you have not seen before.
  4. Repeat every 5 to 15 minutes. That uses far fewer than the 10,000 requests a day a key allows.

Page back through older calls

  1. Ask for ?limit=200.
  2. Take the startedAt of the oldest call in the reply and ask again with ?before=<that time>&limit=200.
  3. Stop when the reply is empty.

Match calls to your contacts

  1. For an inbound call, look up "from" in your contacts; for an outbound call, look up "to".
  2. Compare the last 10 digits, so 01632960123 and +441632960123 match.

Examples

One call in the reply

{"id":"…","direction":"outbound","from":"441632960000","to":"01632960123","status":"answered","durationSeconds":203,"startedAt":"2026-11-04T10:39:57.000Z","answeredAt":"2026-11-04T10:40:05.000Z","endedAt":"2026-11-04T10:43:28.000Z","recordingId":null}

  • ★Use a webhook (Settings → Webhooks) when you need calls the moment they start or end, and this API to fill gaps or for reports.
  • ★Store times in UTC and convert to UK time only when you display them.
