Features & Add-ons: see what your plan includes and buy extras
The add-on store. Every feature shows whether your plan includes it, whether you already pay for it, or its monthly price. Add to basket, check out, and it switches on immediately.
Which plans include it
Included on every plan, including the Free Trial.
What it means
The shop for individual features. Instead of upgrading your whole plan, you can add just the one thing you need — it works on any plan.
What it does
- Groups features: Everyday calls, How your calls are answered, Your team, Recording & insight, Money & messages.
- Marks each one "already active on your plan" (Nothing to pay), "active — you already pay for this", or shows its price per month.
- Explains each feature in plain English with an example ("More detail" for the full description).
- Builds a basket and checks out through secure card payment.
- Switches features on the moment payment goes through.
- Removes add-ons you no longer want.
- Shows what you currently pay in add-ons each month.
Every part of the page
- Header
- Your plan name and "You currently pay £x/mo in add-ons".
- Feature cards
- Industry name (e.g. "IVR / auto-attendant"), what it means, a "For example" line, "More detail", and the price or status.
- already active on your plan
- Included — nothing to buy.
- active — you already pay for this
- A paid add-on. "Remove" cancels it.
- Add to basket / Added to basket
- Select features to buy.
- Basket bar
- Number of add-ons and the monthly total, with Clear and checkout.
- included but switched off — contact support
- Your plan includes it but it is not on; support will switch it on.
How to use it
Buy an add-on
- Open Features & add-ons.
- Press "Add to basket" on each feature you want.
- Check the monthly total in the basket bar and press checkout.
- Pay by card. You return to the page with "Payment received — your features are switched on."
- The new menu item appears in your sidebar.
Cancel an add-on
- Find the feature marked "active — you already pay for this".
- Press Remove and confirm.
Examples
Add one feature, no upgrade
On Entry you want a press-1 menu. Find Greeting Menu (IVR) in the store, add it to the basket, check out — it switches on straight away.
Ordering SMS alerts
Find SMS call alerts (£1.50/month), add to basket, pay, then choose your mobile and events on the Call Alerts page.
Recommended settings
- ★If you need three or more add-ons, compare with the next plan up — upgrading is often cheaper.
- ★Check "already active on your plan" before buying — you can never be charged for something your plan includes.
- ★Changing plan never removes add-ons you pay for separately.
Abbreviations on this page
- VAT — Value Added Tax
- UK sales tax, charged at 20% on top of prices shown excluding VAT.
- Example: Prices are shown excluding VAT; 20% VAT is added on your invoice.
Questions
Do add-ons work on any plan?+
Yes. An add-on switches the feature on whatever plan you are on, and you keep it if you change plan.
When am I charged?+
At checkout, then monthly with your subscription. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
Can I be charged twice for the same feature?+
No. If your plan includes it, or you already pay for it, the store will not let you buy it.
How do I see every add-on price?+
Every price is on this page. The public Help Centre lists them per plan too.
