What it means
A link between Silux Call and Clio Manage, the legal practice software, so phone calls are recorded in the client file without anyone typing a phone note.
What it does
- Logs incoming and outgoing calls in Clio as phone calls (Communications), with date, time and duration.
- Logs missed calls and voicemails.
- Matches the caller to the Clio contact by phone number, and links the call to the client's open matter when they have exactly one.
- Still logs calls from numbers that are not in Clio, with the number, so nothing is lost.

- Region
- Clio UK / EU for UK firms. Clio US, Canada and Australia are also available.
- Connect to Clio
- Opens Clio. Sign in with your normal Clio login and press Allow. No API keys.
- Calls / Missed calls / Voicemails
- Choose what is logged.
- Logging on
- Pause or resume logging without disconnecting.
- Test
- Checks the link and shows which Clio user it is connected as. Nothing is written to Clio.
- Disconnect
- Stops logging. Calls already in Clio stay there.
How to use it
Connect Clio
- Open CRM Integration.
- In the Clio box, choose Clio UK / EU and press Connect to Clio.
- Sign in to Clio and press Allow.
- Back in Silux Call you see "Clio connected". Press Test to check it.
Recommended settings
- ★Connect with a Clio user who can see all contacts and matters, so calls link to the right file.
- ★Keep client phone numbers on their Clio contact so calls match automatically.

No. Clio call logging is free on every Silux Call plan, including the 7-day free trial.
Where do the calls appear in Clio?+
Under Communications, on the caller's contact and, when they have exactly one open matter, on that matter.
The call did not link to a contact.+
The number was not on a Clio contact. Add it to the contact and future calls link automatically.
Do you support LEAP?+
LEAP call logging is in development. Until then you can send every call to any system with webhooks and the API.
