When to upgrade versus buying one add-on, how per-user pricing works, how to add users and extra numbers, and what changes the moment you upgrade.

What it means
Silux Call is priced per user. Each plan unlocks more of the phone system; add-ons let you pick single features without upgrading.
What it does
- Entry: a business number for one person, with transfer, hold, holiday mode, hunt groups and porting.
- Plus: a phone system — greeting menus, greetings studio, hold music, opening hours, find me / follow me, on-demand recording.
- Growth (min 2 users): team tools — extensions, queues, conferencing, call park, paging, monitoring, whisper, full recording, CRM, Scam Shield.
- Pro (min 2 users): Smart Receptionist, transcription, card payments over the phone, automatic recording of every call.
- Enterprise (25+ users, quoted): everything plus Business SMS and the WhatsApp Business inbox.

How to use it
Upgrade
- Open Billing.
- Press Upgrade on the plan you want and confirm.
- New features appear in your menu as soon as payment succeeds.
Add a user
- Contact support or book a support call to change your user count.
- Then add the person on Users and give them an extension.
Add a number
- Open Buy a Number, search, and press Buy.
- Check out with your login email so it is added to this account.
Examples
Add-on or upgrade?
On Entry and you only want hold music? Buy it as an add-on. Want hold music, a menu, opening hours and recording? Plus is usually cheaper than buying them one by one.
Taking on staff
Each extra user costs the per-user price for your plan and comes with their own UK number.

Questions
Do I lose add-ons when I upgrade?+
No. Add-ons you pay for separately are kept on any plan.
Is there a minimum number of users?+
Growth and Pro need at least 2 users. Enterprise is for 25 or more.
Does every user get a number?+
Yes — every user you pay for includes their own UK number.
