Included on Growth and above. On Free Trial, Entry, Plus you can add it on its own at £1.25 a month from Features & add-ons.
What it means
Call park is like putting a caller in a numbered waiting room. Anyone on your system can collect them by dialling that number.
What it does
- Parks a call when you press Park or dial *70.
- Shows parked calls live (refreshes every 10 seconds) with a Retrieve button and a "nearing timeout" warning.
- Sets the range of slot numbers.
- Sends the call back, to voicemail, or hangs up if nobody collects it in time.
Every part of the page
- Currently Parked Calls
- Slot, caller and time parked. Retrieve picks the call up.
- Slot Range Start / End
- The numbers people dial to collect a call.
- Park Timeout (seconds)
- How long a call waits in a slot.
- On Timeout
- Return to parker, Send to voicemail, or Hang up.
How to use it
Park a call for a colleague
- During the call, press Park or dial *70.
- Note the slot number you hear (e.g. 701).
- Tell your colleague "line 701".
- They dial 701 from any phone to pick up.
Examples
Warehouse to office
Reception answers a call for the warehouse manager, parks it in slot 701 and pages "Call for Mike on 701". Mike dials 701 from any phone and picks it up.
Recommended settings
- ★Park Timeout 60–90 seconds.
- ★On Timeout: Return to parker, so a forgotten call comes back to the person who parked it.
- ★Use a small slot range (e.g. 701–705) so slot numbers are easy to shout across a room.

Questions
How is park different from transfer?+
Transfer sends the call to one named person. Park leaves it in a slot so whoever is free picks it up.
Which plans include call park?+
Growth and above. On lower plans it can be added on its own.
