Is there a free trial?
14-day Free Trial: no card needed, one UK landline number allocated at random, 30 outbound minutes. Paid plans have no trial of their own.
What phone numbers can I get?
UK geographic 01/02 numbers only. The first number is included with any paid plan; extra numbers are £5.99/month.
Can I keep my existing number?
Free UK number porting on every paid plan (Entry and above; not on the Free Trial). Porting is handled manually and typically takes approximately 14 working days from submission; it depends on the losing provider releasing the number.
How do I get support?
Support is online only: live chat, email (support@siluxcall.co.uk), support tickets and bookable callbacks, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time.
