Hello, and welcome to Silux Call. In this short guide, I'll show you how to choose the music your callers hear while they're on hold.
Log in to your dashboard, and from the menu on the left, choose Hold Music.
Now open the System Library tab. These tracks are licensed and ready to use.
Press the play button on any track to hear it first.
When you find one you like, press Use this.
That's it. The track now shows In use, and callers on hold and in your queues will hear it straight away.
To use your own music or a recorded message, press Upload Music, give it a name, and choose an M P 3 or WAV file.
