Hello, and welcome to Silux Call. Opening hours let your phones ring while you're open, and send callers somewhere sensible when you're closed. Here's how to set your hours and add bank holidays.

In your dashboard, open Business Hours from the menu. At the top, you can see whether you're open or closed right now.

Tick Route calls by opening hours, and check the time zone is set to UK time.

Tick each day you're open, and set the opening and closing times. Here, we'll open on Saturday mornings too, from nine until one.

Choose what happens outside your hours. Callers can leave a voicemail, be forwarded to another number such as your mobile, or hear a message.

Press Save opening hours.

Now add the days you're closed. Under Closures and bank holidays, press any of the upcoming UK bank holidays to add it with one click.

For your own days off, such as a staff training day, type a name, pick the date, and press Add. Tick Every year for dates that repeat.

That's it. Calls now follow your opening hours, and your bank holidays are covered. Opening hours are included from the Plus plan, and you can add them on their own to Entry.
