What is Call park?

Call park puts a caller into a numbered holding slot so that anyone in the business can pick that call up from any handset.

Useful when you do not know who should take the call: park the caller on slot 1, say so out loud, and whoever is free collects slot 1 from their own phone. Unlike a transfer, you do not have to know where the person is. Silux Call includes call park from Growth, or £1/month as an add-on.
