Getting Started

Creating Your Account

Signup options, what you get immediately, and the one-trial-per-household rule.

You can create an account with an email address and password, or with the Google or Facebook sign-in buttons. Social sign-in produces exactly the same account shape as the form — same role, same defaults — so you can switch between them later by linking accounts.

What you get on signup

  • A 14-day free trial, with no card required
  • A UK landline allocated at random from the trial pool
  • One user with a tenant-administrator role
  • A voicemail box, with notifications to your signup email address

You do not choose your trial number

Trial numbers are allocated automatically and at random. Choosing your own number — by area code, by pattern, or from our searchable inventory — is a paid-plan feature. This is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

One trial per person and household

We allow a single trial per customer. Repeat signups are detected from the email address (including dotted and plus-tagged variants), the public IP address, and a first-party device identifier set by the signup page.

Because the household check uses the public IP address, businesses sharing an office network or a mobile carrier connection can be refused incorrectly. Contact support and we will review and clear it.

Security

Two-factor authentication by SMS can be enabled per user from the account settings. Password reset is by email link. Failed and successful sign-ins are recorded in your activity log.
