An 0345 number has two costs to think about: what your business pays for the number, and what your callers pay to ring it.

Ofcom fixes calls to 03 numbers at the same price as calling an 01 or 02 landline, from both mobiles and landlines. Most bundles include them, so for most callers an 0345 number costs nothing extra. That is the big difference from 0845, which carries a service charge.
