How do I become a Silux Call reseller?+
Submit the application form on this page. Tell us your company, roughly how many customers you have today and the volume you expect. Our UK partner team reviews it and comes back within one working day. There is no application fee and no commitment — approved resellers buy at 10% off retail, inclusive of minutes, and set their own customer-facing prices.
What does it cost to join the partner programme?+
Nothing to join. The reseller and affiliate programmes are free. The optional white-label portal — your own logo, colours and domain — is £30 per month ex-VAT with your first 3 months free, and it is month-to-month so you can cancel any time.
How quickly will you respond to my application?+
Within one working day. You get an acknowledgement email with a reference number as soon as you submit, then a real person from the UK partner team follows up to talk through pricing and how you want to go to market.
Do I need existing telecoms customers to apply?+
No. Plenty of our partners are MSPs, IT support firms and agencies adding telephony to what they already sell, and some are starting from scratch. Tell us where you are on the form and we will pitch the commercials to match.
What is the difference between reselling and being an affiliate?+
A reseller owns the customer relationship: you set the price, you bill the customer, you keep the margin, and with white-label it all runs under your brand. An affiliate simply refers business with a tracked link and earns £30 per signup with no billing or support obligation. You can tell us on the form if you are not sure which fits.
Can I use my own domain and branding?+
Yes, on the white-label track. You import your own logo, set your colours and run the portal on your own subdomain, so your customers only ever see your brand. Billing runs through your own Stripe account, so payments land with you directly.
