  2. Press Connect to Clio and choose Clio UK / EU (or your region).

Where do calls appear in Clio?

In Clio Manage under Communications, as a phone call. It also shows on the caller's contact and, when they have exactly one open matter, on that matter.

What if the caller is not in Clio?

The call is still logged in Communications with the caller's number, so nothing is missed. Add the number to a contact and future calls link to it automatically.

Do I need a developer or API key?

No. Press Connect to Clio, sign in with your normal Clio login and press Allow. You can disconnect at any time from Silux Call or from Clio.

Does it work for UK firms on Clio UK?

Yes. Choose Clio UK / EU when you connect. Clio US, Canada and Australia accounts are supported too.

Which calls are logged?

Incoming and outgoing calls with their duration, missed calls and voicemails. Each one can be switched on or off.
